At JMJ Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Perishable goods (like fresh fruits, vegetables, or meats) are not returnable for health & safety reasons.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
❌ Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.)
- Opened or used personal care products
- Gift cards or promotional items
🚚 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
